If you were walking along Creekside in September '06 you may have been forgiven if you thought that the god of all things anti-establishment had finally seen sense and installed one of his/her minions in the council planning department. But sadly you would have been wrong.
It was FiveToNine Design and Openshaw Design and part of the Deptford Design Festival.
