David Mach's Gorilla

I went round there the other day to find out how they were getting on and found them two legs and four inches of belly down the road.
Doesn't sound like much but I'm assured it's all fine and anyway, the schedule's changed.
So hurrah.

The plaster model that stood about 8ft high, and was as heavy and scary as the real thing has now been chopped up into separate pieces. There's a fist in one studio, a leg by the door and a body like a great white barrage-balloon tethered by its eyes to the floor. And just behind is a mountain of coathangers, cut up into useful lengths, hooks out.
